The Trash Hero mission is to create sustainable, community-based projects that remove existing waste, and reduce future waste by inspiring long-term behaviour change. We do this through:
- Action and Awareness. We pick up trash. Whether a cigarette butt on the road, or 20,000 kilos from island beaches – if we see it, we clean it! And as they say, actions speak louder than words. By spending just a few hours together picking up trash, people can see the real world consequences of being careless about waste.
- Education. We back up hands-on experience with educational information about the impact that trash has on the global environment.
- Sustainable Projects. We create long-term projects that bring communities together to remove and better manage their waste, and strategies that reduce the amount of waste being produced in the future.
- Inspiration. We motivate people to become Trash Heroes in their everyday lives. Trash Hero Thailand alum have gone home to make their own heroic clean-ups around the world. Click here to see their stories.

Cornerstone Life Church
A church built as God intends with Love, Grace and Power
Welcome to Cornerstone Life Church, we are located in Hua Hin, Thailand. Cornerstone Life Church is open to all cultures from holiday makers, residents and Thai people.
We are a non-denomination Christian based church associated to Mike Eltringham as an apostle / spiritual father and we are accountable and partnering with him and his international team of Ephesians 4 team under the covering called Extend-sphere.com
The name Cornerstone Life Church came from an vision (like a dream) that I had in 2014 of a building that started with a large stone in a corner, then there were three others stones that were smaller and placed in a square on the ground, from the these stones the building grew around us in a concave shape overhead and at the apex of the structure there was a locking stone that locked the roof in place.
The Cornerstone is referred to as the Messiah in the Bible and the locking overhead stone was representative of Jesus, so inside the building God and Jesus was not only round us, but over us. As with all buildings there was a door to the outside and when we looked outside this building was built in a grave yard, so outside was death, but inside through the door there was life, hope for anyone who wanted to come in, as the Holy Spirit is the guide and also called the comforter.

The Rotary Club of Royal Hua Hin, founded in 2010, is an English speaking club with 45 members from 16 different nations who are very active in following Rotary’s main motto “service above self”.
We are looking back on the successful Rotary year, and are excited about the next 12 months with running new projects for supporting disadvantaged people an organizations in Hua Hin. New members join us and a new Board of Directors as well as existing and new committees will help to realize our targets.

Rescue Paws, Hua Hin
Rescue Paws is a non-profit organization created by The Global Work & Travel Co. based in Australia, and XploreAsia, based in Thailand. Started in 2013, Rescue Paws aims to first stabilize and then reduce the stray animal population in Thailand over time through vaccinations, sterilization, adoptions, and education to get it to a manageable level. Thailand faces a huge problems with the ever-growing number of stray animals living on the streets, in poor health, and reproducing at an alarming rate.
Rescue Paws’ operation includes a staff of full time employees, volunteer vets and coordinators operating from our headquarters in Hua Hin, a small beach town just south of Bangkok. This is where we have a full kennel and surgery & rehabilitation center. Rescue Paws feeds and closely monitors the medical health of hundreds of stray dogs in the Hua Hin region. Treated animals are tagged, released and monitored as part of our daily routine. Wounded animals are assisted with medical treatment. Rescue Paws also conducts local and international adoptions and raises awareness through educational visits to local schools.
