Cha-am 2016 Feast Fish Flock Shellfish Festival
The 18th Cha-am Feast Fish Flock Shellfish Festival is scheduled to take place from 1 to 30 September, 2016, and will once again be the best place in Thailand to come for anyone who loves seafood, including juicy prawn, fish, crab, squid and shellfish all prepared in a myriad of mouthwatering ways.
Food isn’t the only attraction on the menu at the Festival, which will take place at Cha-am Beach Scenic Point, Cha-am Beach, Tungtakadplee, and Khao Nang Panthurat Forest Park. There are live bands playing and shows being staged as well as fairground rides, market stalls and a walking street. There is also the chance to head out to sea and try your hand at squid fishing and bring something back to dinner or watch the local bird life diving to catch their prey.
In the evening, a food fair means that visitors can sample a wide range of tasty local treats, many cooked by chefs from Cha-am’s hotels and restaurants.

Catamaran with new ports in Pattaya – Hua Hin – Bang Na
Great news for Thailand tourism with a new project that is underway and will bring you a whole new traveling experience! The trip will shortcut across the Gulf of Thailand by boat or to more precise, a catamaran ferry which can run up to 80NM or 148.25 mph. Not only does travelling by high speed boat make life easy and more relaxing but it saves time.
Looking forward to the new ports that will be open in Pranburi, Pattaya and Bang Na (Bangkok).

Bang Pu (Bangkok) to Pranburi or Hua Hin is approximately 3 – 4 hours depending on traffic and by boat it is only 1 hour and 45 minutes.
Hua Hin or Pranburi to Pattaya is at least 5 – 6 hours by car but by boat you don’t need to worry about traffic and it is only 1 – 1 Hour and 15 minutes.
Bang Pu (Bangkok) to Pattaya would be 2 – 3 hours by car and now will be just 50 minutes by boat.

Did you know that the first Thai boxer to win a world title was from Hua Hin? Here’s a chance for Muay Thai fans to see how it all began. Hua Hin is home to two major boxing arenas where fights are regularly held weekly. Grand Sports Arena is a recreation hall that holds many sports tournaments including Thai boxing, which occurs at 9pm every Wednesday and Friday.
