What is the meaning of ‘Plearnwan’?
Plearnwan is derived from a combination of the English words ‘Play and Learn’, together with a Thai word ‘Wan’ that means yesterday.
We gave it this name because we wanted Plearnwan to be a place where everyone can play out the lifestyle of earlier times, and in playing can learn some of the history, ritual, culture, and arts of living of that period
Plearnwan is a place for playing and learning the past in order to bring it to life for new generations.
