Including a grilled chili dip with crispy crackling pork (namm prik noom and kaeb moo) from the North, a special spicy minced pork with chili paste dish from the South, the world famous green papaya Thai salad (som tum) with grilled marinated pork neck or E-sarn sausages from the Northeast, and finally stir-fried shrimp with cashew nuts from the Central Region.
