Brasserie de Paris Hua Hin
Located next to the pier at the end of Naresdamri Road, this charming restaurant that has been around for 17 years is reminiscent of the quayside restaurants that dot Europe.
Chef de Cuisine and manager Fabrice Kem-Seng plates up traditional French fare with a walk over to the Thai side now and then with dishes like the excellent tiger prawns in ginger and lime.
Book one of the open-air tables on the restaurant’s terrace and watch the sun go down with a bottle of wine from a list that takes in French vintages and those from the New World at standard restaurant prices.

Both a la carte and a set menu option are available here. The meat dishes are excellent and though the chef’s specialty is filet Rossini, the Chateaubriand and filet Toledo also rate a high score. Another standout is the superb Crab Hua Hin that is a signature. Other recommendations include the plateau de fruit de la mare, the moreish mussels in garlic butter and the delightful snapper crumble.
Feed your sweet tooth with either the chocolate fondant with raspberry ice cream or the crème brulee with mango.
